The Elkhart County Health Department's mission is to improve the lives, health, and environment of our community. To achieve this goal, grants will be made available to community organizations to support the mission of the department and improve the health of the county. Grants will be awarded for work in three priority areas based upon the strength of the application and the organization's ability to successfully implement transformative programs.
